Having started her career in the law in 1988 as a PA, Lynn moved into a fee-earning role in 2000, managing a caseload of 150 personal injury and uninsured loss files. Following a career break when she spent 12 months as an in-house conference manager, Lynn returned to the law as a claims handler working for two large insurers for eight years and gaining an in-depth knowledge of the claims portal system before joining Fosters in 2014.
