Solicitors awarded SFE accreditation

Our Wills, Trusts & Probate solicitors, Rachel Chiarotti and Charlotte Ranson, have been recognised with national accreditation from Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

Both are now SFE fully accredited members having successfully demonstrated their expertise in legal support for older and vulnerable clients, their families and carers. SFE is an independent, national organisation of over 1,500 lawyers across the country specialising in supporting this client demographic in specific areas such as wills, powers of attorney and elder abuse.

To achieve this accreditation, Charlotte and Rachel have been required to undertake assessment to demonstrate solid understanding of the specific needs and considerations required when safeguarding and protecting older clients’ interests. They will also be asked to continuously update their knowledge and training to maintain their expertise and SFE accreditation, hopefully providing further reassurance to clients in this regard.

All of our Wills, Trusts & Probate team, including Charlotte and Rachel, are hugely experienced in supporting individuals and families with our full-range of bereavement and life planning services.

For more information, please contact Charlotte and Rachel directly through their details below, or take a look at our service pages here, probate and estate administration, and wills and life planning for details of how we can help.
