Our official partnership with the Eastern Landlords Association (ELA) began in January 2015, and through this long-standing relationship we provide their membership with access to specialist legal advice.

Originally established by a small number of Norwich landlords back in 1989, the ELA has grown into a company limited by guarantee, with over 1,400 members representing reputable private residential landlords from across England – and regularly works with government authorities and those interested in matters which affect private landlords.

Our property litigation specialists regularly undertake legal surgeries and seminars with ELA members on a variety of subject matters relevant to landlords and block managers.

ELA members also receive a 15% discount across several of our key service areas – including residential conveyancing and dispute resolution.
