1.2          The promoter of the Competition is Fosters.

1.3          The Competition will run from Saturday 3rd September 2022 at 3pm (the “Opening Date”) to 29th May 2023 at 3pm (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (all times GMT).

  1. Eligibility

2.1          Season Ticket Holders for NCFC who have opted to be contacted by third parties are automatically entered into the Competition and only those individuals who hold a Season Ticket for the 2022/23 Season with NCFC, and who satisfy the remaining eligibility criteria of this clause 2, shall be eligible.

2.2          Subject to clause 2.1, the competition is open to all residents in the UK, except employees or family members of employees of Fosters or NCFC.

2.3          In partaking in the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize (as defined in paragraph 3.1). Fosters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition, including sight of your 2022/23 Season Ticket.

2.4          Fosters reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.

  1. The Prize

3.1          There is one prize for each Home Game played by NCFC during the 2022/23 Season consisting of:

(a) one signed photo of the winner’s favourite NCFC player; (the “Prize”)

3.2          The Prize is subject to availability. This also means that Fosters and NCFC cannot guarantee a timeline for delivery of the Prize which is subject to the availability of the relevant NCFC player. The Prize must be taken as stated and there is no cash alternative for the Prize.

3.3          You acknowledge and accept that with regards to the Competition, Fosters does not guarantee you admission to the NCFC stadium or entry to the Competition if you are banned or refused entry to the NCFC stadium for any reason.

3.4          The Prize is not negotiable or transferrable unless agreed otherwise with Fosters.

  1. Winner

4.1          Before every Home Game that the NCFC First Team plays at Carrow Road, NCFC will randomly select a Seat Number that belongs to a Season Ticket Holder for the 2022/23 Season, and that seat number will be the winner for that week. One winner of the Prize will be selected ahead of every Home Game played by the NCFC First Team.

4.2          The winner (by way of reference to their Seat Number) will be announced within the Matchday Programme produced and made available at the next Home Game and through social media.  If the winner is under the age of 16, we will contact their parent or guardian.

4.3          The winner will then have seven (7) days to contact Fosters to accept their Prize.

4.4          If the winner does not contact Fosters during the seven (7) days period, we will attempt to contact the winner directly and notify them that they have won. Following this notification by us, the winner will have a further four (4) weeks to accept the Prize. If the winner is under the age of 16, their parent or guardian shall be contacted.

  1. Claiming the Prize

5.1          Fosters will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within the four (4) weeks of being contacted by us in accordance with clause 4.4 above, Fosters reserves the right to offer the Prize to a new seat number selected at random by NCFC from the seat numbers that belong to a Season Ticket Holder of the previous Home Game.

5.2          Fosters Solicitors LLP does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

5.3          You must make your own travel arrangements to collect the Prize without any liability to Fosters and you shall comply with all applicable policies and/or rules and any reasonable instructions given by Fosters and/or NCFC with regards to the Prize.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1          Insofar as is permitted by law, Fosters, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner of the Prize or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Fosters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
