We have acted in a wide variety of claims, with many different scenarios and types of injuries. If you contact us with your cycling accident query, we will always give you an honest opinion as to whether we can help you bring a claim.

From the initial telephone call we will usually be able to determine whether there are any grounds for a claim.

If there are, then we can arrange a meeting to discuss matters in detail. If you instruct us we will advise you as to the grounds for a claim depending on the further information we gather, whether from a police report, CCTV footage or medical records.

Have you read the updated Highway Code?

In 2022, ten sections of The Highway Code were updated, affecting all types of road user and aiming to improve the safety of people walking, cycling and riding horses.

Most significantly a hierarchy of road users was introduced to protect those most vulnerable, and in relation to cyclists, some important updates and guidance were added regarding passing distances, positioning and the use of shared spaces.

Fosters handled an accident claim for me. The team kept me informed every step of the way and were always prompt and professional in their responses. They also obtained a better than expected result. Extremely satisfied with an excellent service.
